Founded in 2008, Carpenter's Cross is an ecumenical Christian band located in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.

 

Our ministry is to share the Good News of life and salvation in Christ with all who hear us; lifting up those who believe, encouraging those who seek the Truth that is larger than this world and witnessing, through our music and our lives, the joy and peace found in His service to those who wander.

 Carpenter's Cross is available to perform contemporary Christian music in whatever setting calls for it. While we are, as a whole or in parts, open to playing for traditional Sunday worship services, our commitments to our home church's praise teams position us to to be more readily available for events such as:

  • Youth outings

 

  • Alternative services that fall outside normal Sunday morning times

 

  • Celebratory events

 

  • Christian gatherings

 

  • Concerts to benefit missions, ministries and charities (We really, really love this aspect of our ministry!)

 

  • Events that have as their focus outreach to those who have not heard the name of Jesus Christ or, for whatever reason, have turned away from His message.

 

Anywhere Christians gather to praise the Lord, Carpenter's Cross can be there to provide a lively, uplifting message of God's love through contemporary Christian music.
