Fraser, Colorado. This charming two bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home sleeps 6, has a
private hot tub, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
JennAir range, and 2 ovens and has been refurbished throughout. The master suite
has a private bath, a queen bed and a comfortable queen futon in the retreat, an
original Hottentot wood burning potbelly stove, 2 vanities and a walk-in Cedar
closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 2 large closets. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room
completes the sleeping arrangements.
Beautiful stained glass windows over the large two level Redwood solarium and
rich oak cabinets and woodwork throughout add the Old World Elegance of a
European Chalet.
Surrounded by majestic mountaintops, Sunnyside is nestled in the Fraser Valley
very close to town and a short walk from the Free Shuttle Route. Two decks
offer year round outdoor entertainment... Look at the mountains, watch for our
wild fox who lives nearby, breathe the untainted mountain air or just sit and
relax. There is an attached one car garage and parking for two vehicles.
