Why Rent Casa Grande Instead of a Hotel Room?

According to CafeGetaway.com the average size of a hotel room is 250 - 300 square feet. Casa Grande has over 2250 sq. ft. of living area which is equivalent to 9 hotel rooms.  Most hotel rooms have an antiseptic, feel to them, whereas Casa Grande has been professionally decorated and your family can vacation together and still have "room to breathe."

Saves Money:

Casa Grande is inexpensive compared to local hotel rooms. In Kissimmee, where Casa Grande is located, a moderate hotel cost around $90 per night or $630 per week. If you have two families you would need two rooms, so your cost for the week would be $1260/week. Alternatively, Casa Grande costs as little as $900 per week and can comfortably accommodate 10 or more people  - try to fit ten people in  your average hotel room!!!  A week stay at a moderate Kissimmee hotel would cost about $2.52 per sq. ft., while the same stay at Casa Grande would only costs $0.40  per sq ft!!! Wow what a bargain!! 

Casa Grande includes complete kitchen facilities (full size refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and more) which are not available in a hotel room.  This means that your family can save a substantial amount of money on dinning, since you don't have to eat out every meal.  Of course, if you want you can still eat out as much as you like, in fact, Casa Grande is within minutes of great dinning places, like the Giordano's Restaurant and Pizzeria , Outback Steakhouse, and other family locations like Cici's Pizza. Denny's, Dairy Queen, McDonalds, Burger King, etc.

More Privacy:

Ever stay in a nice hotel where there's a convention in town and some guests not sensitive to the sleep needs of others are running through the common areas? The front desk, however sympathetic, can only do so much.  You don't have this problem at Casa Grande since the only people in the building is you and your family.
