In addition to the family room , there is a separate living room with a Playstation 2 and a cable TV so some members of your party can relax here, while other members of your family are watching a DVD or cable TV in the family room - you won't find t that in most other homes!!!.  As an added bonus, Casa Palma has large open windows on the second floor which overlook the lake for outstanding views. Since it is a large home and has two master suites, it is great for one large family, two families or that special vacation with the grandparents, since both couples get their own suite. Sunset Lakes has a large community pool, children's "Tot lot" play area, two tranquil well stocked fishing, one lake has a cabana and deck to enjoy romantic sunsets and is bordered on one side by a conservation area making it a picture perfect community. In the mornings, weather permitting, you can see a lovely sunrise and watch hot air balloons float gracefully over Casa Palma and Sunset Lakes.  In the evenings, the sunset is spectacular and to the east you can see MGM's fireworks over the trees.  The surrounding conservation lands make you feel like that you are in an exotic paradise when in reality you are only minutes from Disney World and all other Central Florida attractions.
