It was a frigid Friday night at base camp on the Tye River. |

| A Cardinal District troop joined us at the creek - they climbed with day packs while their gear was driven to Crabtree Meadows. | But the doughty scouts and leaders from St. Benedict scoffed at their burdens and enjoyed a spectacular vista on the eastern face of The Priest. |
