The message of our faith is to help the least of our brothers. The almost 5 million homeless people in Sichuan, China, literally only have shirts on their backs. As the summer months erode away, a shelter against the harsh winter of Sichuan becomes a paramount need. The Chinese Catholic Society of Michigan have made arrangements to contribute funds directly to the dioceses of the Catholic Church of China in Sichuan specifically to help with providing shelter and housing for the homeless. Let us bring much needed hope and love to our suffering Chinese brothers and sisters as a testimony of our faith in the Way, the Truth and the Life of Christ. Please continue to pray for them.
