Vanning Activities

The background on this page is dedicated to Eddie Brennenstuhl from Bluegrass Vanners. Eddie was always making different style 2% stickers out of vinyl and passing them out to all of us vanners. Eddie passed away December 22nd 2000 (Notice all the 2’s in that). He will be truly missed by all who knew him. I know Eddie would like the background By-Hell.
The summer finds vanners all over the word at Truck-in’s or Van-in’s. Saturday is normally activities day. We meet other van clubs at either private campgrounds, fairgrounds, or similar places for a weekend. Saturday is normally activities day. Some of the activities include the following:
- volleyball
- horseshoes
- costume contests
- tug-of-war
- kids games
- some games of the standard variety
- some created games
- music (either live or recorded) and of course just do some great camping
