Safety
Remember to ALWAYS BE SAFE! We owe it to
ourselves, our kids, and our grandkids. It doesn't matter whether you're brand
new to shooting or have been shooting 50 years! The same basic rules always
apply:
- Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
- Keep your finger off of the trigger until you're ready to shoot.
- Keep your gun unloaded until you're ready to use it.
It's so simple. We need to teach gun safety and proper gun-handling
techniques to our kids and then they, in turn, to their kids. By doing this,
we'll have firearms for a long time.
Remember to take a kid shooting! They should learn from you!
