For the Month of July, 2003
 
I have no Idea. We decided to do Northern Italian because it is different from the Italian we were used to. It was Whiter rather than Red, and the spices popped out more once the Tomato was gone. (Of course, we don't do away with the tomato entirely. That just wouldn't do!) Then, at the last moment, someone noticed that it is Summer. "Bummer." It is July and the 4th of July. "Oops! Guess we will have to get a new menu." "Nope!" Not us! A menu made is a menu played. Besides, it is delicious! Try it... You will like it! Oh Yeah! Enjoy the Journey!
