PEGGY’S QUILTING, SEWING, KNITTING BASKETS

THAT SHE’S MADE (With Chuck’s help)!

I used genuine new, unused orchard fruit baskets in bushel, 1/2 bushel and peck size with oak-stained pine lids. Each basket has two leather-hinged lids which can be lifted to access the fabric-lined interior. The large baskets have inside pockets for storing notions. The handle is heartshaped as well as two heartshaped pin-cushions in each lid.

I used cotton fabric for the pin cushion and basket liner.

American flag fabric. This is the 1/2 bushel size!
