BYBM Meeting Minutes 1/06/08

Ed opened the meeting by welcoming two new members Bradley Collins and Tim Stotts both will be fishing as non-boaters.

Any one that has not paid the balance on their '08 dues need to do so by the February meeting

IBFN is also looking for Boat show volunteers. If anyone is interested see Ed or Carey. You will be eligible for a refund for admission after you have worked the booth.

Don Haggenjos proposed a "Hole Course" style format for Lake Sullivan if it is selected to be fished this year. It could also be used on other smaller bodies of water.

Discussion was tabled on the payout for the new AOY and Co-AOY awards and how the Classic fund will be paid out. The AOY will receive a set amount (to be voted on) and the Co-AOY will receive half of that amount. This amount will be taken off the top of the year end funds after expenses are taken out. The remaining balance will be paid out to the Classic winner through third place in the usual 50 - 30 - 20 payout.
