News: I picked up another Far Out, which will be for sale "very soon," after I get the usual dead switches cleaned up.
Here are the EMs I own
Pix of the AAB Gottlieb Batter Up I just got. You'll notice the playfield is a WIP, with all the rubber rings removed.
Bally Freedom (1978) (now sold to Owen, Kent, and Curtis)
Gottlieb Solar City (1977) (sold)
Gottlieb Top Score (1975) (sold)
Gottlieb Sure Shot (1975) [Now sold, living happily in the next town over]
Bally Nip-It (1972) (sold to a very happy fellow downtown)
Bally SpaceTime (1972) (Now sold to the other side of town)
Gottlieb Far Out (1974) Thanks to the Internet Pinball Database for this picture. See them at The Pinball Pasture
Gottlieb Royal Flush (1976) Thanks again to the IPD. I would at least have taken the glass off first :-) .
Williams Big Deal My first Williams machine (sold to a nice fellow who works on Nantucket but lives in NH.)
Here is a great pic I took out of "All About Pinball," Notkin & Kirk, 1977 . As the caption notes, it's someone's concept of future pins. Note the keypad and the massive LED score displays. Not even a DMD display, eh?
