Are you interested in fostering a dog? Please email us with the following information, and we can help you get started:

1. How many people are in your household?

2. If children reside in your household, how many and what ages?

3. If you have pets, please describe them
   (i.e., species, size, gender, temperament, intact vs. fixed).

4. Do you have experience with dogs? If so, how much?
   (Years, type of experience, etc.)

5. Do you have experience with "Pit Bulls?" If so, how much
   (Years, type of experience, etc.)

6. Do you own or rent currently?

7. If you own, does your homeowner's insurance policy exclude Pit Bulls?

8. If you rent, will your landlord allow you to foster a dog?

9. Are you financially secure enough to take on modest expenses associated with fostering?
   (i.e., buying food, etc.)

10. Why do you want to foster a dog?
