Begin with the root chakra meditation. Continue breathing, feeling your belly and chest rise as you breath deeply and move into your second chakra area (hypogastric plexus; genitals, womb). Deep within your stomach and pelvis area feel the warm glow of orange spiriling in a clockwise direction. The spiriling feels like waves, warm orange waves raising then crashing gently. With each raising wave realize that everything changes, nothing stays the same, its always moving. Find your inner movement and stay with it, become it, know it. You are water, always moving always changing.
