Begin with the root chakra meditation and move through the second,
third, and fourth chakra meditations before beginning this meditation.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly and listen internally. What do you hear? Feel the breath
fill your throat area as you inhale and leave as you exhale. Breath more slowly. What do you hear
as you exhale through your mouth?
Aaa-ooo-uuu-mmmmmmmm....
Feel the spiraling blue moving counter clockwise deep within your throat. Truth from your heart,
truth from the heavens, purifying all vibrations. Only the truth is spoken.
Move to the sixth chakra meditation.
