-Engine is a 1340cc EVO from a 1985 FXSB - still looking for receipts - a little over stock
-Uses Royal Purple synthetic oil
-Small drip at drain plug on outer primary
-Kick and electric start - easy to kick
-Mustang solo seat w/backrest

-Sissy bar w/backrest pad and luggage rack
-Softail progressive shocks
-Wide Glide front end (ordered new from J&P)
-Metzeler tires w/1,500 miles

-Would take off on it today and head out on a long trip

*Outstanding Questions (posted November 11, 2009):
-Is the engine wet anywhere after riding the bike for 10+ miles (other than the primary drip)?
*Head gasket, pushrod tube seals, rocker gasket, or anywhere else
This stuff gets EXPENSIVE for folks like me who can't do the repairs themselves!
-Is there ANYTHING you can show a receipt on regarding the engine or transmission?
*I'm still uncomfortable with not having receipts on either of 'em (or anything else)
*How long ago was the engine work done? I remember you telling me a Mayor had it at the time
-You mentioned you use Royal Purple synthetic oil in the engine - what weight?
*When was the engine oil and filter last changed - you told me but I can't remember?
*Reckon I'd be ok switching to fossil oil or should I stay with synthetic?
*What oil do you use in the tranny and primary? When have they been serviced? Do you use the same oil in both?
-I noticed some checking on the front tire - probably from just sitting around I presume.
*Didn't see any checking on the back tire - were they put on at the same time?
-What's the story on the extra tranny that has the Andrews gears - is it good?
*What do you know about the tranny that's in it (miles, etc.)?
