National Capital Area - Chapter 94

Visiting

Who Are Visitor's

Visitors are what the Mended Hearts are really all about! They are folks like you and me who have had heart surgery, survived and want to support and share with others. To become an accredited visitor you must have had heart surgery, join Mended Hearts and our chapter, participate in Accredited Visitor Training and be prepared to share your talents with others.

What Is Visiting

Visiting is the foundation on which Mended Hearts was formed. As a Chapter 94 accredited visitor, you will play a critical role in helping patient recovery by offering hope and encouragement to heart patients and their family members.

When Do We Visit

We visit Monday thru Fridays though out the year at various Washington Metropolitan hospitals.

Why Do We Visit

    TO HELP OTHERS!
