Computerized Quality-Of-Wins Includes All 560 Illinois High School Football Programs
This computerized ratings is a quality-of-wins index. It does not pretend to name the best teams. Rather, it awards points based on the toughness of a team's wins and the strength of its schedule. Out-of-state games are not counted in the ratings. Teams that have played out-of-state games will be missing games in their records.
