Charming Design is an independent company where most charms are hand-made.
There is a 14 day return policy for all items.
We accept checks, money orders, and credit card payments via Paypal.
If you don't wish to pay via Paypal please email us at charmingdesign@comcast.net with the charms you would like and we will contact you via phone/email (which ever you prefer) to arrange another payment option.
Upon reciept of your Paypal credit card payment your order will be shipped within two-four business days.
Upon reciept of your check/money order payment your order will be shipped within fifteen business days (check verification).
There will be a $25 service fee for all returned checks.
