Charles Brooks is the owner and principal systems architect with
Charles L Brooks
Associates (CLBA). Mr. Brooks has 20+ years experience in the
software industry, including time spent in advanced R&D for DARPA,
working on advanced co-operative and middleware systems, and in
architecting the VPN Advantage service line at Genuity. Charles has
also managed small cross-disciplinary teams that included both
experienced
developers and end-users. As a manager and team lead, Charles has
advocated for and initiated agile software development methodologies
within his organization.

Advantage NOC, focusing specifically on the network and application
security architecture.
