Rates and Policies

Off-site Policies

• Charge are for productive hours while off-site
• There are no charges to the client for learning languages, tools, etc. necessary for the project unless these languages and tools reflect obscure requirements.
• There are no charges for downtime. We are working for you during productive hours.

On-Site Policies

• Charges reflect time that is committed to the project, including, but not limited to, transportation, waiting, productive time, meeting time, and other time devoted to a particular project.
• There are no charges for breaks that are not used on the clients behalf

Payment Policy

• Typical payment terms are the first available payment period. This period will not extend past 30 days.
• For large projects where a percentage of payment is made at the beginning of th project, payments may be staggered based on a different, pre-approved cycle.
  
• Failure to pay in the appropriate time period can result in a complete cessation of work. This may or may not be followed by a negotiation for the rest of the work.
