Winter track camp for Youth-Masters Dec. 19-22nd (Mon-Thur) 9:30-11:30am
Current Running class April 30-June 25; Sundays @6:00pm Contact Paula to sign-up. The next running class is filling quickly July 9 or 10 thru Aug 20 or 21st. which ever day has 10 sign-ups first. We will be meeting 1/week and each participant will get a personalized workout to do during the week if needed.

Private Training Mon- Fri $40.00/hourSat. & Sun. $50.00/hour
Small Group Training (2-5 people, $25.00/each per hour)
Running Performance Non-members welcome. $40.00/session (1 day/week for 8 weeks)
Instructor: Paula Leslie is a Personal Fitness instructor at Timberhill Athletic Club and at Oregon State University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and is finishing a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from Western Oregon University. Paula is also a 25 year Veteran Track and field athlete who currently holds the 1996 Womens' Long-Jump Record at Linn-Benton Community College.
