Property searches require payment BEFORE I make that trip. Research requests will require a deposit before the search begins. Sorry! For all other documents when indexing has been performed and/or documents have been obtained I will issue an invoice via email. I will mail the documents or other information as soon as possible after I have received payment. I do accept paypal if it is an instant transfer; echecks take way too long to clear. There is a small additional charge to cover the fees charged by paypal. Paypal payments should be sent to the regular gmail address. For regular check/money order payments the address will be included in the invoice.
