Oh yeah. How could I forget Education Secretary Rod Paige who, in his last job as SecEd of Texas under then Governor Bush, left all the children behind by implementing the prototype of Bushs current "ejakashin" program and basically 'disappearing' 50% them from the high school rolls in Texas. Mission Accomplished.
