Lafayette KT-320 Receiver, with a Johnson Adventurer

This was my first station, a Lafayette KT-320 general coverage receiver, with a Johnson Adventurer running 50 watts. My first QSO was with WA5TOR/1 who very nicely proceeded to send me a comprehensive 3 page letter on how to be a ham. I often wonder if he is still active so if you have access to a circa 1967 callbook and can get me his name I will do a search of the QRZ database to see if he is on the air
