Dr. Veronica Bray
Veronica Bray is a post doctoral research associate at the
University of Arizona Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, specializing in the study
of impact craters on the Moon, Mars and the icy satellites (especially
Ganymede). She combines observational measurements from satellite imagery and
computer simulation results to compare how the impact cratering process is
different in ice-rich and ice-poor targets. She started
this post one year ago after completing a PhD in planetary science at Imperial
College London and a masters at University College London. She is
currently involved with the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera as a member of
the targeting team in addition to her research activities.
