Note: We are actively searching for new dealers. Eight foot tables are only $36 each while six foot tables are $27. If you would like to join our show please download a dealer contract and follow the directions on the contract.


Hotel Rooms Available on Site

The reservation cut-off date is 09/06/20154. After this date no reservations will be accepted at the special group rate. Rooms are available for the bottle show at $111.00 single or double occupancy. All rates are subject to state and local tax, currently 11.7%. Reservations can be made by directly calling the Hotel's reservation department at (978) 692-8200. Please refer to Merrimack Valley Antique Bottle Show when making reservations to guarantee the quoted rate. In order to guarantee reservations for late arrival, all reservations must be accompanied by a check or credit card for the first night's accommodations. Guests will be accommodated on a space and rate available basis. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon. The Hotel will accommodate early arrival or late check outs on a space available basis only.

Advantages of this location:

     Large Venue – Entire Regency ballroom.

     Great Facilities – (carpeted, white table cloths provided, fantastic ambiance)

     Accessible Location – (Five min. access from I-495 (Exit 32), on the same road as the old Chelmsford show. Within one hour of Boston, Worcester, Nashua, NH, and Providence RI.)
