"Time for what, azar"?, raven asked. "It is time for you to be "purified", it's a process where your soul would be purified. In other words, your demonic side will vanish", he added. It took raven no more than a second to reply, "please I want to be purified right away", raven said promptly. "But I have a question, why didn't they peform this ceremony sooner?", she asked curiously. "Ah, wise question, at a certain time we just know when the time is right". He continued. "Are you ready? But I must warn you, your demonic side in your flesh will only be a of use when you use your powers, then as time passes, it will vanish forever", He ended. "Okay, I am ready". She said slowly.
It took a whole week to prepare, until finally she was ready. She was placed in the middle of a huge circle and then poured holy water all over her body. The people around started chanting. She felt something coming out of her. darkness came all over azarath, raven's demonic side came out of her and was destroyed. When the ceremony ended, they brought her back to her room. She looked at herself in the mirror and she felt no difference whatsoever . Then she noticed something. Tears were coming out of their eyes. " so the ritual did work after all"!, she exclaimed.
After all the excitement, she walked to the living room and saw the titans heading to the door. "Where are you going?", raven asked with curiosity. "To go and have a bite to eat", beast boy said. "I want to go too", raven said. Everyone stared at her. "Uh... raven are you alright?", cyborg said. 'Yeah you never want to come with us", beast boy added. Starfire gave both of them a disgusting look. "Wonderful!", starfire said as she turned to raven. "We will enjoy your companionship", she said in her loud voice. So they all went out for pizza and then headed to the arcade, and something suprising happened. Raven, never liked playing in the arcade. She usually watched the rest play, But this time she played and managed to beat everyone(including beast boy and cyborg the master of games). When the titans arrived home, beast boy said,"what was that all about"? "Raven just found herself a new talent", robin said. Raven tried not to blush. Starfire had a spark of jealousy because she was used to being the only one who got all of the attention. But raven was her best friend, and was going to help her in any way even if she a little better than her. The titans were having more fun with raven than ever. She wasn't the angry, quiet raven they used to know. Cyborg remembered that time where he and beast boy went into raven's mind and met all of her personalities. What if she was an imposter? Cyborg had to find out. He went to raven's room and was going to try to talk to her, but what was the use? Noone was ever allowed to her room, but he had to try. He took a deep breath and knocked. The door slid open and raven was talking to starfire. "Uh... raven, we have to talk, alone", he said slowly. "Oh yeah starfire? Can you please call beast boy for me thanks", he said politely. "Certainly", starfire said gracefully as she went out of the room. "What is it you want to talk about cy"? She asked. Cyborg was suspicious again. Raven never called him "cy" before. "I'll tell you when beast boy comes", he said patiently. While waiting for beast boy, he looked at the changes raven did to her room. It wasn't dark ,cold, and gloomy as it used to be. now it was bright blue and with a lot of white clouds. It also had a window. Now he was really suspicious. Raven never showed her feminine side even if she was a girl. Finally, beast boy arrived."sorry", he said." I was busy passing the last level of "monsters attack", he added. "So what did you call me for?", he asked."okay, raven, we have seen you a bit weird lately. Anything you have to tell us?", he asked. "I knew this was going to happen", raven said. "Okay I'll tell you", she said. She took a deep breath and started telling her story.
