I am a New Hampshire-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a specialization in autism. For over 10 years, I have been providing behavioral/educational services to children with autism, as well as those with a variety of developmental, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. My experience is with individuals ranging in age from 3 to 22 years.
My Mission. . . To bring out the full potential in each child by identifying and building on the unique strengths and preferences of the individual. . . . To work in collaboration with parents, teachers, and specialists to pinpoint a child's needs, set appropriate goals, and develop individualized behavior and education plans. . . . To take a proactive approach to decreasing challenging behavior by identifying antecedents, developing data-based hypotheses about functions, modifying the environment, and teaching appropriate behaviors to replace challenging ones. . . . To use methods that are proven effective through peer reviewed research and have measurable results. . . . To provide on-going support and training to staff and family members. . . . To provide effective training to teachers, paraprofessionals, team members, and parents in implementing and evaluating skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures.
