Current Therapy Groups Interpersonal Process Group for Adult Men and Women I am currently offering an ongoing therapy group for men and women with a variety of presenting issues. Through discussion and experiential processes, we explore each client’s interpersonal dynamics as they manifest in relationships both inside and outside of the group. So often our interactions with others are guided by fears, beliefs or self-perceptions that may be inaccurate or unrelated to the current circumstance. This prevents us from being truly authentic in relationships and ultimately decreases satisfaction in life. Group therapy is an ideal setting to challenge these ingrained patterns as it offers the safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere of the therapeutic setting, while broadening the scope of relational experience. It’s an arena in which to apply the insights gained in one-on-one therapy allowing for the development of new ways of being. True expression of the self becomes reinforced leading to healthier and more gratifying relationships and overall life satisfaction. Please join us!
