Episode 2- Read the Mind...See the Movie

The Case

Maddie's friend, Vivian Baker, hired Blue Moon to handle security at the business she runs with her father and brother, SRT Industries. It's a high tech company that has an information leak. Maddie and Dave get fired when SRT's competitor, Preston Holt, is finding out SRT's research secrets and filing patents before they can. Someone also sabotaged a government demonstration of their new laser technology. Maddie is upset and vows to find the leak despite being fired. She asks Preston Holt to dinner to ask him how he is getting the information. He tells her he is getting it from a psychic, Omarr Gauss. Dave steals Mr Gauss's appointment book and finds out that Vivian's brother, Brian, had been taking their father to see Omarr Gauss. Maddie and Dave conduct their first surveillance. They find out Brian is getting Mr Gauss to manipulate his father into doing whatever it is that Brian wants. They think they solved the case, but then David starts wondering, who sabotaged the gun?

What's Really Going on Chris?

Not much yet. David and Maddie have a conversation about how good they are together. David says "you're not bad" and Maddie says, "you're not bad yourself fella, not bad at all." David has a sweet moment when tells Maddie that although he doesn't believe that Omarr Gauss is selling secrets, he wants to go with her because he "believes in her." Awwwwww
