· Reformat a Hard Drive and Reinstallation of Your Operating System – $37.00

This will take your computers operating system back to factory condition.  This will fix all of your operating system problems immediately.  We recommend this operation be done once a year to all of your home computers. This operation cleans the hard drive by removing virus, spyware, malware and also by deleting all unnecessary information stored on the hard drive. This type of maintenance will increase the performance of your hard drive. This fee does not include reinstallation of software, like your printer software or office applications.

· Data Recovery and Backup – $20.00

We have the ability to recover deleted files ( Pictures, Music, Documents ). We will recover this data for you saving you time and money. During reinstallation of your operating system we can backup this data before it is deleted and restore it to your computer once we are finished.

· Hardware Upgrades or Part Replacement – $19.00

This fee does not include the purchase price for any equipment needed for the repair or upgrade.  This fee includes the first hour for part replacement.  Motherboard replacements often take longer than one hour, approximately two hours for a desktop computer, laptops can take over four hours in some instances.

· Home Visits – $57.00

This fee includes one hour of diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair, within your home.  Travel distances greater than twenty five miles would be an additional ten dollars.

· Home Networking – varies

If it is a wireless network you want secured and set up throughout your home, this only requires the home visit fee listed above, provided you have already purchased a wireless router and any equipment needed to complete the network.  If you need cable ran throughout the home to create the network, we do not offer a flat rate for this service, as every home is different.  We must see the home and possibly take some room measurements to asses what would be required to run cable lines to other computers within the home.
