| 1. Where can I purchase your jewelry? |
| A: You can find my agent at select dog shows and view some items on display, or you can contact me direct and place your order. Once in a great while I will offer some items on ebay, but this is not the norm. |
| 2. Do you accept credit cards? |
| A: I only accept credit cards through Paypal. With Paypal I never see your information and there is no charge to you. I pay processing and handling fees. I also accept your good personal check. International orders can only use Paypal. |
| 3. Can you make any breed? |
| A: Yes, I make all breeds and all clips. I even make items of Mix breeds. Photos are welcome by snail mail. |
| 4. What are your creations made from? |
| A: Many of my items are started on an acrylic base. Most of them are coated with PORCELENEX. This gives it a porcelain feel and weight. Somes items are just made from porcelenex, which is stronger than porcelain. Some are made from acrylic, like many of the earrings. 98% of my creations have a bit of a sparkle and a final glass-like glaze. I use many real semi precious stones for the beaded necklaces. Your creation will have design and substance. You will receive more attention than with real gold, at a fraction of the cost. (check out Pricing & ordering) |
| 5. Did you invent porcelenex mosaic style dog and animal jewelry? |
| A: Yes I did. I came up with the idea of a colorful and durable art to wear product. It goes through many processes. My work is not mass produced, but lovingly handcrafted here in Greeneville, TN. (formerly from Ct.) Most of my creations are unique and not readily found. |
| 6. Do you just do dogs and cats? |
| A: No, I do most animals. I am not limited. I have done Sheep, Horses, Goats, Llama, Sugar Gliders, Mice, Frogs, Lizards. Any thing that my client wants in jewelry or small decoratives. Plus I create a pretty line of beaded jewelry. Just inquire. Email me. |
| 7. Can I pick my colors on the mosaic style jewelry creations? |
| A: Yes you can. I give you say in your creation. We work together. You can visit my online color chart by "clicking here". |
| 8. If I order an item as a gift, will you drop ship for me? |
| A: Yes I will. Just remember I need a minimum of 6 weeks notice. Due to some health problems, I cannot work in my studio every day. Just give me a call. 423-787-1016 |
