Weights shown
are approximate wet mold weights and should be used as a guide for
shipping purposes. Weights do not reflect packing materials. Purchaser
is solely responsible for freight charges. Any insurance claims must be
filed with the freight company immediately; we are not responsible for
insurance claims. |

|
All mold shipments
are made via Fedex, USPS, or UPS, depending upon the facility the molds
are shipping from. The majority of shipments will ship via FedEx Ground
from our Erie, PA manufacturing location. Insurance on shipments is not required, but
recommended, as we are not responsible for damage to packages. Use of
any other freight company will be arranged by the purchaser, and may
result in an additional charge. |
|
|
A handling
charge is tacked onto all shipping charges. This can be calculated by
taking 10% of the retail cost of a mold and adding it to the actual
shipping charges. There is a minimum charge of $5.00. This covers the
costs of shipping materials such as boxes and peanuts. |
|
|
All prices are
listed in United States Dollars and are subject to change without
notice. New price lists supercede all prior ones. |
|
|
Molds may not be
returned without authorization. Returned molds are subject to a
restocking fee. |
|
|
International
copyrights apply to all mold designs and are not to be reproduced in any
form. Neither molds nor greenware may be reproduced in any form or
material. Copyright notices are not to be removed from molds or
greenware for any reason. Violations of any copyright laws are
subject to prosecution. Violators are subject to stiff criminal
sentences and fines. |

Foreign and
Canadian shipments: please add 10% service charge, maximum charge $10.00
(USD). All orders must be paid with certified checks payable in U.S.
funds or with an international money order. |
|
|
All returned
checks will result in a $25.00 service fee. |
