2. John J. CARROLL was born 1 April 1855 in New York City, New York. He was noted with occupations such as day laborer and Farmer in the Norway and Paris, Oxford County area. He married Mabel R. JORDAN, daughter of Henry JORDAN and Amelia HAWKES, around the end of 1889. She was born 10 April 1870 in Oxford, Maine. Together they had seven children. John passed away on 23 August 1930 in South Paris, Maine. Mabel passed away on 15 August 1970 at the age of 100 years old, in Norway, Oxford County, Maine. Both John and Mabel are buried in the Riverside Annex Cemetery, South Paris, Maine.

He married Myrtle Agnes SCOTHORNE, daughter of Wilfred Henry SCOTHORNE and Florence E. FROST, on 30 June 1920. She was born 20 May 1899 in Norway, Maine. Together they had two children. In September 1926, the couple was divorced. Myrtle later remarried on 4 July 1931 to Ralph Alton Maxim. Myrtle passed away on 9 February 1976 in Lewiston, Maine. Her second husband, Ralph, passed away on 7 January 1984 in Lewiston, Maine. Both are buried in the Gracelawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Auburn, Maine. The death date and burial location of Albert Carroll, Sr. is currently unknown.

10. Albert Hawkes CARROLL, Jr was born 7 Jan 1921 in Norway, Maine. He married Ada Mary FROTHINGHAM, daughter of William Leighton FROTHINGHAM and Marguerite Mary BRIMIGION, on 31 August 1940 in South Paris, Maine. Ada was born on 15 November 1920 in South Paris, Maine. Albert, Jr. was a active duty member of the United States Air Force from which he retired as a Master Sergeant (E-7). He later worked as a pipefitter at the Bath Iron Works (BIW) ship building company in Bath, Maine. Together Albert and Ada they had four children, three of which are still living. Albert passed away on 5 July 1987 in Lewiston, Maine. Ada passed away on 13 January 2003, in Lewiston, Maine. Both Albert and Ada are buried in the Gracelawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Auburn, Maine.
