I started rebuilding this truck in 1992. I started with a truck with no engine or transmission. I bought a 1972 Suburban 4X4 and installed the suspension into the 55. It has a 327 with a 4 speed, front disc brakes, 4 core radiator, Edelbrock, Edelbrock, new bedwood & all new door & window rubber. I sent it into a classic shop for a complete frame off restoration. Everything is new. I replaced everything with the best I could find.
