50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL RENTALS + 50% OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.
WE ACCEPT CASH, PERSONAL CHECK, AND MONEY
ORDERS FOR DEPOSITS ONLY. (SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS).
PERSONAL
CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RESERVATIONS MADE OR RECEIVED WITHIN TWO
WEEKS OF ARRIVAL.

or phone. For immediate requests please call us at (215) 938-3005 days
& (215) 354-0799 evenings and weekends. We only rent to families
and adults. NO PETS. Most of the people that live in this complex are here year
round. The noise ordinence laws are strongly enforced in this community.
We DO require identification.
Please

contact you to validate your reservation and finalize your stay with
us. If you have not heard from us within 24/48 hours please call to confirm.
A 50% deposit is required to secure dates.
We
will get back to you by phone or e-mail within 48 hours to validate bookings.

RESERVATION CONSTITUTES A TWO-WAY CONTRACT BETWEEN US AND YOU.
IT ASSURES THAT YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE KEPT AVAILABLE FOR
YOU FOR ALL THE DATES INDICATED, AND IT ASSURES US THAT WE CAN
TURN AWAY OTHER POTENTIAL GUESTS FOR THE DATES INDICATED.
THE
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE BALANCE OF RESERVATION
AMOUNT UPON ARRIVAL, OR BEFORE. YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT WILL
BE FORFEITED IF YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELLED.
IT
IS UNDERSTOOD THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCLEMENT
WEATHER, CHANGES IN TRAVEL PLANS, PERSONAL SICKNESS, FAMILY
SICKNESS, DEATH, OR INJURY, ETC.
