    Message from Purrsident Clarence:
    The country of Catmerica is in excellent shape financially.  Since we did not have to repay the human national debt (we told the humans that it was their debt and that they would have to pay it back), we are completely debt free.  Punkins and Puddi Cat tell me that these toonas are backed by tons of toonas which are frozen in a warehouse and that there are safeguards to keep the electricity on in that warehouse so that we don't need to worry about those toonas thawing out (of course, if they ever do, we can eat them).
