My fellow Catmericans: I am writing to you today to let you know how our country has been doing the last three years. Since I was inaugurated as purrsident more than three years ago, the government has made the country and the world a better place for all of us. The economy is booming. Since we got rid of the human national debt, we haven't owed any toonas to anybody. Human unemployment is low. Cat unemployment is high, which is the way it's supposed to be. All of the government agencies, with cats as heads of them, have helped to make us the strongest country the world has ever seen. Now we want to make the whole world strong, just like our country is strong. I will talk more about that in the issues of my candidacy and my campaign promises. An especially strong and prominent government agency, the Catmerica Police Department, along with the Tuffgurlkitties, have helped to keep the humans in line. They are doing a really good job of it and I want to thank them for all the hard work they've been doing. The Secataries of the Treasury and the Director of the Toona Mint both tell me that we have a huge storehouse of toonas in a frozen vault somewhere in the Arctic. These toonas are triple protected against thawing. These three kitties have done a wonderful job of protecting our toonas from the humans. All of the other government agencies have been working behind the scenes to strengthen the country and to keep humans out of power. Keeping humans out of power is a very difficult and long term job and all of these cats. There are still a lot of things that need to be done in the future. I'm sure that the government will continue doing just as well as they have in the past. Clarence |
