Welcome to Tomariken Yoga and Fitness.  Chris Miyachi is a long time athlete, fitness enthusiast and yoga practioner.  She brings her training philosophy of alignment and knowledge of anatomy to every class.  Chris is a certified level 2 kettlebell training with IKFF and she is a certified yoga teacher (RTY 500 hours). 

Schedule

Chris currently teaches yoga and kettlebell workshops but is currently on hiatus.  Stay tuned for future teachings.
