Core Power Fusion:

This class combines elements of yoga, Pilates, and ballet to energize your inner body by awakening your core strength.  You will learn how to use breath and focus to be in touch with your inside self.   Being more in tune with your core will help you regain balance and stability, while facilitating a greater connection to your inner wisdom.  These exercises will strengthen you from inside out, and penetrate weak muscle to cultivate vibrancy throughout your entire body and mind. Each class will end with a deep relaxation so you can let go of whatever is not needed. 

The class is set to relaxing but energizing music, and will make use of the ballet bar, as well as other yoga props.  Join Chris to wind down your weekend and gain focus for the start of the next week.

All Levels Forrest Yoga Class

Awaken the core of your body!  This class will challenge you to your core and awaken every cell of your body to give you the strength and energy for living.  Each class starts with a gentle warm-up, core work and strengthening work, following by standing poses.  Each class will build up to a pinnacle pose for both beginner and advanced practitioners.  The class will end with a relaxing warm-down and a delicious relaxation.  Come and be amazed with how strong and open you become.
