My name is Chris Miyachi and I've been doing all kinds of yoga and fitness for thirty years. I'm a yoga teacher, a runner with the Merrimack Valley Striders, a skier and snowboarder. I love to mountain bike and hike, and play women's lacrosse on a local team, dance, and love working out with kettlebells. I'm interested in all kinds of movement.
I have completed the teacher training in the Iyengar system with Patricia Walden. I take local classes weekly with Iyengar teachers Patricia Walden, Peentz Dubble, and am studying to become a certified Iyengar instructor. I currently study with Patricia Walden and Jarvis Chen weekly at Yoga Down Under in Brookline, MA.
I am a certified group fitenss teacher (AFAA and ACE) and a Level 2 CTK (Certified Kettlebell Trainer) with the IKFF (www.ikff.net) .
I am a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) at the 500 hour level.
