Ingredients:
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
1-1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425°F. For filling blend all ingredients together except pecans. Place pecans in pie shell and pour filling over pecans. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350°F. Bake 40 minutes
or until set.
