Coffee Pecan PieIngredients:3 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup molasses 3/4 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup double strength coffee 2 tablespoons, melted 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans 4 tablespoons flour 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
Preparation: Mix eggs, molasses, corn syrup, coffee, butter, salt and vanilla. Mix pecans and flour and fold into mixture. Pour filling into pie shell and bake for 40 minutes or until the mixture is firm in the center. Cool before serving. |
