Mock (Fritos) Pecan PieIngredients:3 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup molasses 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup light corn syrup 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 tablespoon flour 2/3 cup crushed Fritos 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
Preparation: Combine eggs, molasses, corn syrup, vanilla and butter. Mix flour with Fritos and stir into mixture. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake 35 minutes more or until the mixture is firm in the center. Cool before serving. |
