In addition, she served as a Vice President at Transition Solutions, a highly regarded executive outplacement firm in Wellesley, MA. Alice is a dynamic and effective speaker and corporate trainer and employee engagement expert.
Originally specializing in helping individuals from the high technology sector, Alice expanded her industry expertise after spending three years at The Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College, where as a consultant, she helped establish the Center for Graduate Career Services, and was instrumental in helping to develop and teach the graduate course in career strategies to MBA, JD/MBA and MSW/MBA candidates. During her tenure, the team Alice worked with advanced the evening MBA program into 19th place in the US News & World Report’s rankings of part-time programs, thus making BC the only school in Massachusetts and one of just 12 in the United States to have an MBA program ranked in the top 40 and an evening program in the top 20.
Throughout her career, Alice has interviewed and hired thousands of employees and brings what she has learned from this experience to her career counseling clients. In addition, Alice is an experienced trainer and outplacement consultant, helping organizations with every aspect of the downsizing process.
