We use one of the most popular 3D CAD packages to create three-dimensional solid model layouts and designs. These same 3D layouts are used in all other aspects of our service. Thereby, eliminating time-consuming repetitive efforts that are common when using 2D CAD software and hand drawn board drawings. 3D Model of Machine Bed 3D Model of Machine Assembly
Once the concept is modeled as an accurate three-dimensional design, each of the individual components can now be used to create manufacturing machining drawings. These machining drawings can be used to create a working prototype of the device or the finished product for the consumer that the product is intended for. 2D Detail Drawing of Machine Bed
The three-dimensional design layout is also used to create the assembly drawings that will be used to document the assembly process of the components and hardware into the final product. These assembly drawings can also be done in such a way that they can be used as the patent drawing when applying for a utility or design patent with the United States Patent Office.

There’s another great advantage from starting this project as a three-dimensional solid model. This same layout can be used to animate the design to make sure it functions the way that it was originally intended before a lot of money and time are spent on manufacturing the device. The animation would show problem areas, if any, in the design and assist you in taking the corrective action in the design modifications. Therefore, animation is a great time and money saving tool. Animation is also incredibly powerful when used as a presentation and/or marketing tool for products and inventions. With animation, you can be more creative on what you want to show and how you want to show it than you can by using the actual device.
