EXERCISE AND SIT AND STRETCH CLASS
Every day it becomes clear how important it is for us to exercise. We are very fortunate to have Cara McNeany, a very knowledgable and experienced instructor. At 9:30 a.m.on Monday and 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday mornings, she puts us through our paces at the Senior Center. Each person works to their own ability. We have a supply of weights available. You'll find that exercising with a group of people your own age can be fun.
Then at 11:00 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, we have "Sit and Stretch" exercises, that are done while sitting in a chair, for those who are less mobile.
