TRAVEL

Generally we do not charge travel fees to and from your event site. However, we do charge ferry fees for travel to the Islands, and mileage fees for travel to Provincetown. If there is considerable distance between ceremony location and reception location, travel fees may be incurred. This fee will be negotiated on an individual basis.

MUSICAL      ARRANGING

If you would like for us to arrange a piece for your wedding, we are happy to do so with two weeks advance notice. You must provide us with a tape or CD and sheet music. There will be a fee of $25 per hour for this service. 

We will rehearse with a professional vocalist or church organist before the prelude on the day of the ceremony for no fee. There is a $75 per musician fee for any rehearsal on a separate day.

DEPOSIT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your date on our calendar. The balance is due on or before the date of the event.

OUTDOORS

We will play outdoors but our contract strictly states that a suitably heated and lighted environment must be provided and that the musicians must be sheltered from wind, sun, and rain while they are performing. Cold, rain, and sun cause very expensive damage to our instruments. If you are planning an outdoor wedding, please discuss this with us. For indoor weddings, please make sure that the building will be heated.
