first receiving your permission.
Any transaction, agreement, information, or other communication between you and Collectibles
at a Click™ is solely
between you and Collectibles
at a Click™.

Promotions:
Collectibles
at a Click™ may, from time to time, contact you via email to inform you of
promotions or new items that may interest you. If you prefer not to
receive this type of correspondence, simply reply to the email with
"REMOVE" in the subject header.
Catalogs:
Collectibles
at a Click™ may use
your name and address information to send you our product catalogs. You
may opt out of this mailing at any time by emailing
us the name on your PayPal account, and place the words "Remove From
Mailing List" in the subject line of your email.
Return
Policy:
If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Collectibles
at a Click™ within 30
days of the original purchase date. Please email us ahead of time so we
know to expect your return. The customer will pay all shipping and handling
on returns. Your account will be credited for the purchase price
once we receive the item back in resalable condition. We recommend that
you ship via an insured carrier, as we DO NOT EXCEPT DAMAGED RETURNS.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Should
you receive an item that IS NOT what you ordered, we
will refund the purchase price or exchange the item once the incorrect
item has been returned to Collectibles at a Click™ in salable
condition. Please contact
us should this occur. Shipping charges are not refundable should you decide
to receive a refund rather than an exchange.
Shipping
Policy:
All shipping
will be done by UPS, USPS or like carrier. Customer agrees to pay all
shipping and handling and insurance fees. Shipping and handling and
insurance fees are not refundable.
Collectibles
at a Click™ makes every effort to ship items within 5 business days of
receiving COMPLETED payment (eChecks take up to two weeks to clear) Most
items will be shipped within a few days of receiving payment. If we cannot
ship within a week of receiving COMPLETED payment, we will contact you with an
anticipated ship date, or promptly refund your full purchase price.
Limited
Warrantee:
All items are
sold as is without warrantees of any kind. Should
you receive an item that IS NOT what you ordered, we
will refund the purchase price or exchange the item once the incorrect
item has been returned to Collectibles at a Click™ in salable
condition. Shipping charges are not refundable should you decide to receive a
refund rather than an exchange. Collectibles at a Click™ WILL
NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR OTHER CLAIM ARISING AS A RESULT OF
YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED ON THIS SITE.

FOR A PRODUCT.

responsibility and liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within
the electronic files of this site are disclaimed.
